INGREDIENTS 20 Lamb Weston Rus-Ettes Baked Half Shells (02129) 1/2 cup of dried cranberries 5 medium red delicious apples, coarsely cubed 5 medium Granny Smith apples, coarsely cubed 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of cinnamon 3/4 cup of butter 5 oz. of Brandy DIRECTIONS - Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Bake potato shells for 10-15 minutes.
- Rehydrate cranberries in hot water for approximately 15-20 minutes, then drain.
- Saute apples and cranberries with brown suger and cinnamon in butter over moderate heat until apples are tender, then flame with brandy.
- Remove shells from oven, then fill with apple-cranberry mixture and serve.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
