INGREDIENTS 5 lb. of Rich's Smokehouse Pulled Pork Bar-B-Q (09259) 2 packages of Lasagna noodles 24 oz. of Pauly Shredded Cheddar Cheese (753-7585-376) 24 oz. of Pauly Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (750-7583-376) 30 oz. of Black olives, sliced and drained 16 oz. of Green olives, stuffed and drained 24 oz. of Salsa
DIRECTIONS - Prepare Rich's Smokehouse Pork Bar-B-Q according to package directions.
- Cook noodles in 6 quarts of boiling water and 2 oz. salt, until al dente.
- In a hotel pan, layer in order all ingredients: noodles, barbeque, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives and green olives. Continue layering until all ingredients have been used.
- Top with salsa.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. 35-40 minutes. Let stand 1/2 hour before cutting.
